Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
- You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the Products. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to us.
- To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.
- We will refund you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipments. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable mail service.
- We cannot issue a refund without an actual receipt of the products or proof of received Return Delivery.
Please also note the following:
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges require prior authorization.
- We cannot accept any return or exchange if the fabric is damaged, cut, or altered.
- Fabrics cut to less than 5 yards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We cannot refund or exchange after 7 days from the date you received the package.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for any return or exchange without error.
- We are liable for the shipping charge for any incorrect or damaged fabric shipped by African Fabrics Inc. However, you are required to provide photographic proof of the damage.
